Terms of Service for WageFlow

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WageFlow app ("the App", "the Service"), provided by the WageFlow Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using WageFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

WageFlow is provided free of charge, with optional paid features ("WageFlow Pro") described below. You may use the App to log shifts, track earnings, and generate reports for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shift and rate information you enter — WageFlow calculates totals based entirely on that input.

2. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Earnings, overtime, and tax estimates shown in the App are calculations only, based on the rates and rules you configure. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and we make no guarantee that they match your actual pay, withholding, or entitlements. Always verify figures against your payslip or a qualified professional before relying on them.

3. WageFlow Pro and In-App Purchases

WageFlow Pro unlocks additional features, such as PDF and CSV export, unlimited shift history, and support for multiple jobs. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies — we do not process payments or store payment information ourselves.

4. Your Data

WageFlow stores all shift and profile data locally on your device — we do not operate any servers that receive or store it. Because of this, we cannot back up, recover, or transfer your data on your behalf. Uninstalling the App or losing your device may permanently delete your data. 5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and code, is owned by the WageFlow Team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the App as intended.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

WageFlow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the WageFlow Team is not liable for any loss of data, loss of income, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use WageFlow after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
