Terms of Service for WageFlow

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

WageFlow is a personal record-keeping and estimation tool for hourly, shift, freelance, and gig work. You may use the Service only if you can legally agree to these Terms. You must provide information that you are permitted to use and must not use the Service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, or attempt to access another person's data.

2. Estimates are not professional advice

WageFlow calculates estimated hours, earnings, overtime, mileage, and tax-related figures from the information and rules you enter. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your job, contract, location, payroll system, or tax situation. The Service is not financial, payroll, tax, employment, or legal advice. Verify figures against your payslip, governing rules, employer records, or a qualified professional before relying on them.

3. WageFlow Pro and in-app purchases

Some features may require WageFlow Pro, a trial, or another paid entitlement. The available features, price, billing period, introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store or the in-app paywall before purchase. Apple processes the transaction and controls billing, refunds, and cancellation. RevenueCat helps us verify and restore entitlements; it does not replace Apple's payment terms.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple account before the renewal period ends.
• Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription.
• Pro entitlements may be unavailable while an App Store or network request is pending; an offline cache may temporarily control access.
• Except where required by law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable by the developer. Request refunds through Apple's official process.

4. Your records and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the records you enter. The Service is designed to store records locally and does not promise cloud backup, recovery, synchronization, or transfer. You may export a backup or report to a file and share it with an employer, accountant, cloud drive, or another person. Once shared, that recipient's handling of the file is outside our control.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, and purchase-related processing. The Service may link to or interoperate with Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, hosting providers, feedback tools, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to their services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and logos, is owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use WageFlow branding outside the Service.

7. Feedback

If you send suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you give us permission to use and improve those ideas without payment or obligation to you. Do not include confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information in feedback.

8. Availability, changes, and updates

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including Pro features, trials, integrations, or support channels. We may release updates that are needed for security, compatibility, or continued operation. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every country, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that calculations, legal information, content, availability, or data preservation will be accurate or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost income, missed pay, or business interruption arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to online portions of the Service, or discontinue support, if reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or operation of the project. Sections concerning records, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue to apply after use ends.

11. Apple App Store terms

If you obtained the app through Apple's App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the provisions that apply to your App Store license. Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, warranties, or claims relating to the Service, except as required by applicable law. Your use must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

12. Governing law and contact

The provider's legal entity, address, and governing-law or dispute-resolution clause should be completed for the markets where WageFlow is offered with qualified legal advice. 13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to any rights required by law.
